Intake Session

We want to make sure that you are able to live comfortably in your home while it’s on the market while also making your space look clean, decluttered, and open. During the intake session, we will get to know you and what items you need to keep in your home in order to be comfortable and what items can be packed away.
Pre-Pack Session

After the intake session, we will schedule a pre-pack session. At that point, we will carefully pack up excess items using an organized system of coding and indexing. Then, we will help make sure that the items still in your house are well organized so that your home looks warm and inviting. Additionally, we offer expert home staging services. By the time we leave, your home will be tidy and ready for tours. If you want to speed up the process of pre-packing and staging, you can save time and money by hiring an additional packer (or more) to help with your project.
