Amber Taggard


Owner and founder Amber Taggard is a Professional Organizer, time-management coach, and public speaker. She holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health from Henderson State University, and she is passionate about using her counseling background to help people improve their mental and emotional health through creating organized spaces. Amber believes that our physical spaces impact every part of our lives, and she wants to help others utilize the power of organization to live thriving lives. Amber and her husband Justen have four children, and they love living in Northwest Arkansas.

Lacey Meenen

Project coordinator

Lacey is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she obtained her degree in Human Resource Development. She has been organizing with the chicks since 2011. She says that she loves organizing because she loves helping to bring a sense of peace and calm to both spaces and people. Lacey is the mom of two little boys, and she is an avid photographer.


Kelli Davis

executive Lead organizer

Kelli is no stranger to hard work and adversity. She is a three-time breast cancer patient, and she is now living with metastatic breast cancer. She just celebrated her four-year “metaversary,” making her a survival outlier. She has a passion for the cause of advanced cancer research and co-founded a non-profit in NWA called The Metsquerade ( Every penny raised by the Metsquerade goes straight to metastatic breast cancer treatment research. To date, they have raised an astounding $900,000! Kelli, a Lead Organizer, enjoys taking part in the Chicks Give Back initiative and fancies herself a master closet and pantry “whisperer.” Kelli and her boyfriend Greg reside in Northwest Arkansas.

Devon Steinhour

executive Lead Organizer

Devon earned a degree in Communications at BYU-Idaho, which lead her into a career in the Public Relations field. After starting her family, she spent time volunteering in the community. Her experience and her sunny disposition make her a great addition to The Organizer Chicks team. She loves the Benjamin Franklin quote, “A place for everything and everything in its place.” Devon is a mother of three and has been happily married for twenty years. She is a Florida native who has learned to love NWA and all that this area has to offer her family.


Ronda Engle

Lead Organizer

Ronda has been a Professional Organizer for over two years, and she loves to organize and categorize things. She says that “I cannot think of any job that lets me be as creative while helping others — so satisfying!” She enjoys the teamwork and collaboration that she experiences on staff with The Organizer Chicks. She has been married to her college sweetie for twenty-eight years, and she has enjoyed living in Northwest Arkansas for the last eighteen years. She and her husband have two daughters and two Australian Shepherds.


Jodanna Sessions

Professional Organizer

Jodanna was born and raised in Utah where she spent her childhood summers working for her dad in his fulfillment warehouse. She credits that experience with learning how to see the details of a project, work efficiently, and embrace the challenge of tight deadlines. She studied Elementary Education at Utah State University where met and married her husband before he could change his mind. Jodanna actively serves in her church and community, sits on the Ozark Suzuki String Institute board, and homeschools her children. She and her husband live on 20 beautiful acres with their three kids, 2 dogs, horse, goats, chickens and pigs.


Lori Love

professional organizer

Lori is originally from Southern California. Although she misses the beach under her feet, she has called Northwest Arkansas home now for many years, and she loves all it has to offer her and her family. She has been married for over 20 years and has 3 children. With all of her children now in school, she enjoys helping homes become less stressful through organizing. Lori is currently on a cancer journey, and she enjoys learning about our amazing bodies through nutrition and fitness. She loves serving in the community and weekly at her children’s schools. She enjoys cooking, creating, shopping, reading, and being active.


Brittany Smith

Professional Organizer

Brittany is originally from Columbus, Ohio, where she graduated from Ohio State University with a major in Fine Arts and a minor in Design. Her creative background allows her to bring a unique perspective when faced with organizational opportunities. She loves the challenge of making a space look beautiful while also ensuring complete functionality based on the needs of the client. In her free time, Brittany enjoys drawing, playing with her rescue dog Alfie, and spending time with family. Her favorite thing about working with The Organizer Chicks is learning not only from her co-workers, but also from clients who share their stories and perspectives on life.

Lindsay Burnett

Lead Organizer

Lindsay graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, with a bachelor’s degree in Music. Currently, she teaches voice lessons and does organizing and unpacks for The Organizer Chicks. She is passionate about helping others through her many jobs and loves being busy and productive. Lindsay and her husband, Dan, have four children and love living in Bella Vista.


Laura Jones

Personal Stylist

Laura is a graduate of Harding University. She has worked in the fields of fashion and interior design for fifteen years. Laura loves to help women look and feel their very best. She is passionate about style, shopping, and shoes. Laura is married and has a son, a daughter, and a Shih Tzu named Coco.


Shea Nuckols

Nutrition Consultant

Shea graduated from Chico State, California, where she originally went to school to be a Special Educator. However, after going through a weight loss journey, she became passionate about nutrition. She started her career as a weight-loss coach and has now worked as a nutritionist & health coach for 17 years. Shea is very passionate about helping others become the healthiest version of themselves so that they can live out their purpose with passion. Shea is a mom of three kiddos and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and being outdoors whenever possible.


Amy Wright

Professional organizer

Amy is originally from Virginia, but she has also lived in Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Arkansas. She moved to Arkansas at a young age, and she is proud to call NWA her home. She has a bachelor’s degree in business, and her professional background is in marketing and trade show planning. Amy enjoys encouraging people to feel good about themselves, which is one of her favorite aspects of her work as a Professional Organizer. In her spare time, Amy enjoys staying fit through yoga, weightlifting, and biking. She has three children, a Yorkshire terrier puppy, and a cat.

Marium Seidel

Lead Organizer

Marium graduated from NWACC with her associates degree in Art. She loves to create and organize artistic spaces and to unpack kitchens. Marium has been happily married for fifteen years, and her family enjoys giving back to the community by loving and supporting the foster children of Washington and Benton Counties. She is a mother of five and a full-time foster mom.


Monica Palmer-Hagar

Professional organizer

Monica is originally from San Diego, and she has a background in professional dance. She is passionate about health and fitness, and she has always loved organizing and interior decorating. She is a mother of five, and she loves living in Northwest Arkansas.
