Meet the Chicks



Amber Taggard

FOUNDER
 

Owner and Founder of The Organizer Chicks, Amber Taggard is a Professional Organizer, time-management coach, and public speaker. She holds a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health, and is passionate about using her counseling psychology background to help people improve their mental and emotional health by creating peaceful and productive physical spaces. Professional highlights for her include being a contributor to Forbes, giving a TED Talk, and being a Better Business Bureau “Torch Award for Ethics” winner. Amber and her husband Justen have four children and two rescue pups, and they love living in Northwest Arkansas.


Lacey

Director of Operations - Northwest Arkansas

Lacey is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she obtained her degree in Human Resource Development. She has been organizing with The Chicks since 2011, moving from Organizer to Executive Organizer to Director of Operations - Northwest Arkansas. A true people-person, Lacey loves her job because she loves helping to bring a sense of peace and calm to both spaces and those who use and live in them. Lacey is the mom of two little boys, and she is an avid photographer.


Kristen

Kristen is a graduate of the University of Arkansas specializing in Apparel and Merchandising. She was taught the value of an organized home at an early age and loves to teach others the benefits that organization can bring to their lives. Her favorite spaces to organize are closets, kid’s rooms, and bookshelves. In her spare time, Kristen loves to hike, camp, and hang out with her nieces.


Lori

Lead organizer

Lori is originally from Southern California. Although she misses the beach under her feet, she has called Northwest Arkansas home for many years, and she loves all it has to offer her and her family. She has been married for over 20 years and has 3 children. With all of her children now school-aged, she enjoys helping homes become less stressful through organizing. Lori loves serving in the community and at her children’s schools, and her hobbies include cooking, creating, shopping, reading, and being active.


Devon

director of operations - The Woodlands of Texas

After working with The Organizer Chicks for nearly 10 years in Northwest Arkansas, Devon relocated to The Woodlands area in 2021. With her extensive experience in the flock, and a degree in Communications from Brigham Young University, Idaho, and an extremely warm and non-judgmental personality, Devon is uniquely positioned to be able to serve and encourage others towards their goals. She and her husband recently celebrated 25 years of marriage, and they have three children.


Laura

professional stylist/designer

Laura is a graduate of Harding University, and she has worked in the fields of fashion and interior design for two decades. Laura loves to help women look and feel their very best. She is passionate about style, shopping, and shoes, and she loves to share tips about interior design, holiday decor, and wardrobe styling as “The Style Chick” on Facebook and Instagram. Laura is married and has both a son and a daughter.


Kelsey

Professional Organizer

Kelsey, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Illinois Chicago, has been in Arkansas since 2019 and loves being a part of the flock. She enjoys making spaces cozy and functional with the ultimate goal of taking stress away from clients. She is also an integrative nutrition health coach, and is passionate about animal rights and environmentalism. She previously worked at an animal shelter where she adopted her two dogs, Chance and Bird, with whom she can often be found out on the trails or in a creek.


Caitlin

Professional organizer

Caitlin has a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology from LSU Health Sciences Center. She is thrilled to have relocated to Northwest Arkansas and loves that she has a chance to explore trails and new adventures with her husband and three sons. For Caitlin, organizing has always been something she enjoys. She especially loves helping with out of control play rooms and pantry overhauls. Caitlin also enjoys yoga, learning about health and wellness, and doing crafts.
